Refunds & Returns Policy

At https://loomtribx.shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your handmade felt garlands. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. After 30 days from your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Due to the delicate nature of handmade items, we do not accept returns for products that have been used or altered in any way.
Non-returnable Items:
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Handmade products that have been used or altered.
- Items that have been damaged due to improper care or handling.
To complete your return:
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with visible signs of use or damage not caused by our error.
- Garlands returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company or bank as it may take time for the refund to reflect.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items or items purchased with discounts cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If your item was a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once it’s received.
- If the gift was sent to the gift giver first, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product:

- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
